Prior to joining Axcelis, Mr. Ryzhik served as Vice President of Investor Relations at MKS Instruments since October 2019. He was Senior Equity Research Analyst covering the Industrial Technology and Distributed Ledger Technology sectors at Susquehanna International Group (SIG). At SIG, he also supported the Technology Hardware research coverage, with a focus on Storage, Memory and Data Center technology companies. Prior to SIG, Mr. Ryzhik served as Senior Research Associate at Brean Capital, and also held financial roles in public administration at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Management & Budget, and the NYC Fire Department.

With more than 15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, and project management, Jane has a proven track record of leading teams through transformative milestones, such as navigating executive and board transitions, shareholder activism, product launches, and other critical challenges at globally recognized organizations such as athenahealth, BeiGene (now BeOne Medicines), and PTC Therapeutics. She began her career at The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and APCO Worldwide in Washington, DC.  Jane earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, graduating cum laude from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management and The Renée Crown Honors Program.

Prior to REGENXBIO, George led investor relations & corporate communications for Gritstone bio (Nasdaq: GRTS). Prior to Gritstone bio, George held roles in consulting and led industry engagement at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization. George holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University (OH) and MBA from Drexel University.

Tyler also worked with Computershare’s compliance group to develop a compliance program to help closed-end fund clients comply with Rule 38a-1.

Ana earned an Executive MBA from the Bled School of Management in Slovenia. She also holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) designation from NIRI and is a member of ACCA (UK).
